To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breakout LLC (DBA ExpertStudio) shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of these tools, including but not limited to: data loss, API charges, service interruptions, or inaccurate outputs.

Rate limits and access

We reserve the right to rate-limit, restrict, or block access to any user or IP address to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
